Returns and Exchanges

If you are eligible for a return, Ayem will provide store credit equivalent to the product amount. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your Ayem product and returned to us within 14 days of return approval. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 4 business days for your return to be processed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 


Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.  

Return costs are at the customers expense, we will not offer to cover the return fee. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to amend your request.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind orders.

We do offer size exchanges however we cannot guarantee an alternative size will be in stock to which store credit will be offered.

No cancellations or changes can be made once the order is placed.

Please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are imposed by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not covered by us and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
